My new gshock

    I purchased a Go Green g-2300gr and apparently it is always on medium power mode do you think its a defect on the product?

    It can take a really long sometimes to charge it up from Medium to High. Especially if it's been sitting in the box for a long time. If you spend a few hours in bright direct sunlight it should get fully charged. Indoor lights will charge it, but much slower. It's perfectly normal.

    I let mine sit in the window with the curtains & blinds behind it so that it had direct sunlight for several days without wearing it until it got up to the high reading and it's been there ever since. If you wear it everyday, indoors and use the alarm & back-light alot, you may be draining power as fast as the solar cell can replenish it or faster, in which case, the power meter never climbs.
