why is it pealing?

    my first g shock.
    i just got it on christmas.
    and now its like pealing!?
    how can this be fixed, besides buying new bands from ebay? or is there any other place i can maybe get for cheaper?

    That sucks.

    Those glossy white parts do have a clear coating on them. I've never heard of it peeling off though. It's supposed to protect them. You can contact Casio and have the parts replced under warranty maybe. Or yes, you could just order the new resin parts.

    That is definitely NOT under warranty. I have that same one and the glossiness makes it more sensitive to scratching and peeling. The top coat of that watch is basically like a skin material and when it scrapes it looks bad. That watch is not an everyday watch. There are companies that sell the band and bezel. I purchased a set for back up cause my Rasta G Shock scraped the first day I had it on the bezel. Well good Luck.... It is a cool watch, but the glossiness is not great. Remember you can change out that band and bezel to any color available for that watch.
